Monitoring
We found the issue and have applied a fix. GIF and video exports that were requested earlier are now being processed and delivered. We'll continue to monitor the issue as the queue for export requests clear up.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue with exporting Arcades as GIFs and videos. The outage started around 5:00PM UTC May 2, 2023.
